2) What’s the experience about?
Aware that the future of society is the children of today, the municipality of Mandlakazi decided to work with the children in order to teach them the importance of participation and inclusion in the development process of the communities.
In small groups in schools, in neighborhoods in children's and youth clubs, from activities in schools and in the community as well as the participation of children in planning and monitoring of activities we begin a process of inclusion that is giving good Results.
3) Why is it innovative?
The municipality of Mandlakazi has always favored participatory and inclusive governance but focused more on women men and young people. We feel that they already had a thought pre-conceived and not always turned to participation and inclusion. Our main impulse was to educate children from small ones about the need to share, participate and be always inserted in the processes of planning, monitoring and evaluation of activities in the community we will have in the future adults more Participation and inclusion.
Today they discuss the

Consciente de que el futuro de la sociedad es el hijo de hoy, el municipio de Mandlakazi decidió trabajar con los niños con el fin de enseñarles la importancia de la participación y la inclusión en el proceso de desarrollo comunitario.
En grupos pequeños en escuelas, clubes infantiles y distritos juveniles, actividades en las escuelas y la comunidad, así como la participación de los niños en las actividades de planificación y seguimiento, se inicia un proceso de inclusión que está dando buenos resultados .
Explica los objetivos de la práctica, cómo funcionan los procedimientos, la metodología, etc.
3) Por qué es innovadora?
El municipio de Mandlakazi siempre ha favorecido la gobernanza participativa e inclusiva, pero se centró más en las mujeres y los jóvenes. Sentimos que ya tenían un pensamiento preconcebido y no siempre se convirtieron en participación e inclusión. Nuestro principal impulso fue educar a los niños de los pequeños sobre la necesidad de compartir, participar y estar siempre insertados en los procesos de planificación, seguimiento y evaluación de las actividades en la comunidad que tendremos en los futuros adultos más Participación e inclusión.
Hoy discuten los deasayarns de la clase, la escuela, la comunidad y participan activamente en el proceso de planificación municipal.

2) Quelle est l'expérience?
Conscient que l’avenir de la société est l’enfant d’aujourd’hui, la municipalité de Mandlakazi a décidé de travailler avec les enfants afin de leur enseigner l’importance de la participation et de l’inclusion dans le processus de développement communautaire.
En petits groupes dans les écoles, les clubs pour enfants et les districts juvéniles, les activités dans les écoles et la Communauté, ainsi que la participation des enfants aux activités de planification et de suivi, nous entamons un processus d’inclusion qui donne de bons résultats .
3) Pourquoi vous considérez que c’est une pratique innovante? (150 mots maximum)
La municipalité de Mandlakazi a toujours favorisé une gouvernance participative et inclusive, mais elle s’est concentrée davantage sur les femmes, les hommes et les jeunes. Nous estimons qu’ils avaient déjà une pensée préconçue et pas toujours tournée vers la participation et l’inclusion. Notre impulsion principale a été d’éduquer les enfants des petits au sujet de la nécessité de partager, de participer et d’être toujours insérés dans les processus de planification, de suivi et d’évaluation des activités dans la communauté que nous aurons dans les futurs adultes plus Participation et inclusion.
Aujourd’hui, ils discutent des deasayarn de la classe, de l’école, de la communauté et participent activement au processus de planification municipale.

2. De que experiencia se trata?
Conscientes de que o futuro da sociedade é a criança de hoje, o município de Mandlakazi decidiu trabalhar com as crianças, a fim de ensiná-las a importância da participação e inclusão no processo de desenvolvimento das comunidades.
Em pequenos grupos nas escolas, em clubes infantis e juvenis dos bairros, de atividades nas escolas e na Comunidade, bem como a participação de crianças no planejamento e acompanhamento de atividades, iniciamos um processo de inclusão que está dando bons resultados.
O Municipio de Mandlakazi privilegiou sempre uma governação participativa e inclusiva mas se centrava mais em mulheres homens e jovens. Sentimos que estes já tinham um pensamento pre concebido e nem sempre virado para participação e inclusão. Nosso principal impulso foi que se educarmos as crianças desde pequenas sobre a necessidade de compartilhar, comparticipar e estar sempre inserido nos processos de planificação , monitoria e avaliação das actividades na comunidade teremos no futuro adultos mais abertos a participação e inclusão .
Hoje eles discutem os desafios da turma, da escola, da comunidade e participam activamente no processo de planificação municipal.

Congratulations on the project!
Could you kindly indicate the type of activities that are done with children age-groups and their impact on their communities. And the impact it has achieved in the community.
We have created the municipal forum of the child who has as members representatives of groups of children from schools and the community.
We teach the children the methodologies of Participatory and inclusive coexistence. We carry out debates on the daily worries of the child in school and in the community. We realize that they always have what to say in relation to the development process of the municipality.
In the planning phase of activities we perform a session with the children where they are free to submit proposals for activities to be included in the annual plan of activities. For the year 2018 they asked us to put garbage containers near schools to avoid scattered rubbish, they asked us to Rehabilitationthe Infantile Park and asked that we buy school supplies for 200 children Orfas. They also participate in the monitoring sessions. We believe that growing up with participative habits could be better citizens in the future.
