   Presentation of proposals

   Members who have updated their profile can submit their proposals

   Review

   The IOPD will check that the proposals comply with the requirements

   14/05/2018 - 31/05/2018

   Commenting and voting

   Members can comment, ask questions and vote for the three proposals they think are most innovative

   01/06/2018 - 02/06/2018

   Result of the vote

   Results of the vote will be published. The 20 proposals which have more votes will move to the next stage. Should less than 40 proposals be submitted, only the ones which are among the 50% most voted will move to the next stage.

   Presentation of full proposals

   Shortlisted members will receive an email by the organization committee asking to present the full proposal. They will need to send it to award@oidp.net.

   Jury

   An expert jury evaluates the proposals that have received the most votes
